Our Hygienists
Dorthy—Registered Dental Hygienist
Hi, my name is Dorthy, and I am a graduate of Caruth’s Baylor School of Dental Hygiene with a Bachelor of Science degree. I’ve been with this practice since 1988. I love my patients and enjoy working with a group that is dedicated to offering top-notched dentistry.
I am married to George, an attorney, and we have three children: Josh, Tobin and Candice. When I’m not helping my patients have healthier smiles and pearlier whites, I enjoy working out, reading, playing piano, and being with my friends.
Elizabeth—Registered Dental Hygienist
My name is Elizabeth, and I have been working at Bridgeman Dental since 2003. I graduated with my bachelor’s degree from Midwestern State University in 2002. I have enjoyed working here. Not only are we a team, we are like a family. I want to welcome you to a family practice who truly takes the time to care.
Most of my time is spent with my son Reilly and since I have seven siblings, you can imagine there is always something going on.
Sylvia—Registered Dental Hygienist
Hi! My name is Sylvia. I have been with Bridgeman Dental since July 2005. In April 2004, I married my high school sweetheart, John, who is a Frisco police officer. We had our first child, Makenzie in February of 2007. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, swimming, shopping, and chasing around my daughter and two boxers, Jaxson and Jewelz.
Dental Assistants
Charlotte—Registered Dental Assistant
Charlotte has been a dental assistant for 34 years and with Bridgeman Dental for 7 years. She enjoys working here because of our team atmosphere and the fun we have while helping our patients. Charlotte brings such a joyful presence to our office.
While not at work, Charlotte loves spending time with her eight grandkids, her husband of 48 years, and any little animal she finds. She loves animals almost as much as her family!
Amanda– Registered Dental Assistant
Hello, my name is Amanda Lynn Long. I was hired on with the Bridgeman Dental team in September of 2006, after completing the Dental Assistant program at Collin County Community College. Everyday is a great day at the office because of our wonderful staff, and I’m proud to be a member of the team.
Outside of work, I am a full-time student at Collin County Community College. In my spare time, I like to spend quality time with my family during weekend cookouts, going to the movie theater, or laying out by the pool. I have really enjoyed working in the field of dentistry, and look forward to many more years to come!
Cori—Registered Dental Assistant
My name is Cori, and I am the youngest of the bunch. I started working at Bridgeman Dental in March 2008. I graduated from the Texas Dental Assisting School in Plano. I enjoy working here because the staff and the patients are so wonderful!
In my spare time I enjoy the time with my boyfriend, family, and friends. We enjoy family cookouts, dirt track racing, and riding four wheelers.
Office Administration
Molly—Financial / Business Coordinator
Even though I am originally from the Hoosier State, home of the fighting Irish, I began my journey in dentistry in Sarasota, Florida, as a clinical assistant. I moved to Texas in 1991 to be closer to my family who relocated to the Dallas area.
My goal is to make every phone call and visit an enjoyable one, and your smile is Bridgeman Dental’s main concern.
In my extra time, I enjoy college football, entertaining friends and family, and refinishing antique furniture—thus my nickname, the “dumpster diva.”
Michelle—Front Office Coordinator
Michelle is a member of our front office team. She joined Bridgeman Dental as an employee, six months after marrying Dr. Lee Bridgeman. She enjoys assisting our patients as they come in and out of our office.
Michelle grew up in Virginia Beach and graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Communications and double minors in business and psychology. She earned her Masters degree in Counseling in 2005.
Pam—Front Office Coordinator
My name is Pam, and I have worked at Bridgeman Dental for 19 years. I am a Registered Dental Assistant and have been in dentistry for thirty-one years, but have recently joined the front office team. I enjoy working on all of our patients. Once I get to know a patient, it’s like they are part of my family.
I have been married for 30 years to my husband Tom. We have two children; Angela is 26, and Brad is 19. We love spending time with our kids and families in our spare time.

MY CREED
Dean Alfange
"I do not choose to be a common man. It is my right to be uncommon. I seek opportunity to develop whatever talents God gave me -- not security. I do not wish to be a kept citizen, humbled and dulled by having the state look after me. I want to take the calculated risk; to dream and to build, to fail and succeed. I refuse to barter incentive for a dole. I prefer the challenges of life to the guaranteed existence; the thrill of fulfillment to the stale calm of utopia. I will not trade freedom for the beneficence nor my dignity for a handout. I will never cower before any earthly master nor bend to any threat. It is my heritage to stand erect, proud and unafraid; to think and act myself, enjoy the benefit of my creations and to face the world boldly and say – ‘This, with Gods help, I have done…’”
