- Individual: $325/year*
- Couple: $650/year*
- 20% off all other dental procedures

We recommend you complete dental treatment and let us monitor the work we have done for you twice a year during your dental check-up and cleanings. We appreciate your trust in us as we care for you and your family’s dental care!
*Plan covers one year from when you begin service and ends one year from that date.
